Coronavirus Policy:

This policy overrides our standard terms and conditions for events taking place in 2021.

We are responsible event producers - the safety of our guests and team members is naturally something we take very seriously. We are keeping a close eye on the developments associated with the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) in the regular announcements by the government. We will contact all guests at the first instance if the circumstances change at all regarding campsites being allowed to open. Currently in line with government advice and the venue’s guidelines, we will be able to hold the event on the 20th and 21st June 2021.

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any gathering or campsite. Whilst we will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of Covid-19  we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other guests.  Accordingly, we will not be responsible for any illness or death of any guests caused by Covid-19. We ask that you follow all guidelines notified by us to you to help us to reduce the spread of Covid-19 amongst guests.

If required by the government, we will be observing social distancing on site and have measures in place for this. If you have a change of heart, or are concerned about social distancing effectiveness on site, we are not able to refund for this. We will be operating within the boundaries as stated by the government at any given time during the event opening period and as such, we cannot refund people based on their personal preferences. Please contact us with any social distancing queries and we will be happy to discuss or demonstrate the measures in place to reassure you. We expect all of our attendees to follow strict hand washing, distancing and hygiene measures for the duration of their stay.
